Refund policy

Return and Exchange Policy

At Boys on Bramton, we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of purchase. If 15 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. Please ensure that all items are returned in their original packaging with tags attached. Items that have been worn or washed, as well as sale items, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds for eligible returns will be issued to the original form of payment. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as prepaid return labels are not provided. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and additional shipping charges apply for exchanges.
